We teach two fun and powerful styles of karate: Shotokan and Shorin-Ryu.
Shotokan helps build strong legs, flexible hips, and steady balance—great for running, jumping, or simply staying steady on your feet.
Shorin-Ryu helps sharpen your reflexes and teaches you how to move quickly, hold tight, and protect yourself if needed.
Our training focuses on three important things:
